3. Orders and Payments
Orders can be placed through our website using the integrated shopping cart.
We currently accept Zelle and bank transfers as payment methods.
Full payment must be received before an order is processed and shipped.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We currently ship only within California, USA.
Standard shipping fee: $12.70 for two clamatos. Final shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
Delivery times vary between 1–3 business days, depending on location.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.
5. Return and Refund Policy
All sales are final, as our products are fresh and perishable.
Refunds are only issued if:
The wrong product was delivered.
The product was damaged, defective, or spoiled upon delivery.
To request a refund, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order, providing details and photo evidence if possible.
6. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase if preparation has not yet begun.
