At Clamatos del 43, we are dedicated to delivering fresh, high-quality beverages with every order. Because our products are perishable and prepared fresh, all sales are considered final. However, we want every customer to be satisfied with their experience, so refunds may be granted under specific conditions outlined below.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds will only be issued in the following cases:
You received the wrong product due to our error.
The product arrived damaged, defective, or spoiled at the time of delivery.
How to Request a Refund
You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Provide details of the issue, and if possible, include photo evidence.
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will process your refund.
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Zelle or bank transfer).
Please allow up to 5–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.
Non-Refundable Situations
Orders canceled after preparation has started.
Products that were delivered in good condition but later mishandled or improperly stored.
Requests made after 24 hours of delivery.
