Because our products are perishable and prepared for immediate consumption, all sales are considered final. However, we value our customers and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

Returns

• Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered or picked up.

• Exceptions may be made if you receive the wrong item or if the product is damaged or spoiled at the time of delivery.

Refunds

• Refunds are only issued in cases where:

  • The order was incorrect due to our error.

  • The product was damaged, defective, or spoiled upon delivery.

• To request a refund, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please provide details and, if possible, photo evidence of the issue.

• Once approved, refunds will be processed through the original payment method (Zelle or bank transfer).

• Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase if preparation has not yet begun.

Shipping Rates

• Standard shipping cost: $10.00 for two

• Additional shipping fees may apply for larger orders or longer distances.
